The staff seemed helpful at times. It was something acceptable.
THE cleaning felt rushed and inconsistent. I noticed basic items weren't always replenished. I often had to ask reception for soap.

i stayed in a one-bedroom apartment (it was quite spacious!). the location was excellent near the beach. there were also many restaurants and shops nearby, super convenient.
the gym hours were limited to 9 am to 5 pm.

Stay was below my expectations, to be honest
musty smelldirty dishes
I didn't like the musty smell in the room. It was really off-putting. The rust on the bathtub and fridge was also a big turnoff. The room was cleaned only twice during my entire 7-day stay, can you believe it? I am pretty upset about it. The all-inclusive meals weren't worth it either. The restaurant and bar had dirty dishes.
